What is Jesmonite?
Jesmonite is a versatile, eco-friendly material often used in art and design. It has a smooth, stone-like finish and is known for being durable, lightweight, and safe to use indoors. All of our pieces are handmade with Jesmonite, giving them a unique, tactile quality and a beautiful matte finish.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, absolutely! Custom orders are one of our favourite things to create. Whether you're after a specific colour combination or a unique design idea, we’d love to bring your vision to life. Just send us a message and let’s chat!

What is your dispatch and shipping time?
We lovingly handcraft each item to order, so our standard dispatch time is 3–5 working days.
Once shipped, your order will be delivered via Evri Standard Delivery or Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes 2–4 working days within the UK.

What’s your return and refund policy?
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery — just make sure it's unused and in its original condition. Once we receive it back, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding the shipping cost).
If there’s anything wrong with your order, please contact us right away — we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Your happiness means the world to us!

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK — but we’re working on expanding soon! Stay tuned and follow us on Instagram for updates.

Are all your items handmade?
Yes! Every single item in our shop is handcrafted in small batches with lots of care and attention to detail. That means no two pieces are exactly the same — which we think makes them extra special.

Are your products eco-friendly?
We do our best to be kind to the planet. Jesmonite is a more sustainable alternative to traditional resins, and we use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Can I send an item as a gift?
Of course! Just let us know at checkout and we’ll make sure your order is wrapped with extra care. We can even include a note — just pop your message in the order notes section.
